Shipping policy

REEVA Shipping & Returns
REEVA uses QLS Fulfillment as a logistics partner. All packages sent on behalf of REEVA come with a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.

Shipping time
- The Netherlands/Belgium within 2 working days.
- Rest of Europe 1-6 business days (shipping costs will be shown at checkout)

Stock availability
We do our best to synchronize the stock on the website with the stock in the warehouse as well as possible. It can sometimes happen that a product is temporarily out of stock while it appeared to be available on the website. In this case we will inform you about this and we will refund the purchase amount.

Payments
We accept iDEAL, Paypal, MasterCard, Bankcontact, Visa, Maestro, American Express

Accelerated Checkout: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Shipping Process
1. After completing the payment you will receive an order confirmation. (note that it may also be in your spam folder)
2. You will be kept informed of the delivery process via the email you receive from goparcel.
3. The package will be delivered to you within 2 working days.

Wrong address
If there is an error in the address, the package will be returned to our warehouse by the carrier. We would like to ask you to keep a close eye on the track & trace. When there are problems with the delivery and we still
have not contacted you, we would like to ask you to email support@reevafitness.nl

Refunds
The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt at the warehouse.

Exchange
If you want to exchange a package, you can take the following steps:

1. Send an email with your order number and the product you wish to exchange. Send the return receipt as an attachment. We ensure that the desired size of the product is sent to your address.
